This website is designed to provide users of the Meniscus Calculation Engine (MCE) and its associated IPMS database application with information and guides on the setting up and administration of these applications.
IPMS is the generic name for a three tier data processing application designed to offer a scaleable, web based, flexible and powerful system for the calculation of key performance indicators, unit costs and metrics for the comparison and optimisation of processes.
The three main tiers are:
- Tier 1 - IPMS Database
- Tier 2 - Meniscus Calculation Engine (MCE)
- Tier 3 - IPMSNET Web site and related client applications
